Cancellation Policy

FOR CLASS: Classes incur a $15 fee if cancelled or rescheduled with less than 1 hour notice and you want the credit reinstated. (This does not apply to CGES). Any and all cancellations with less than an hr can only be done over the phone. FOR CAMP: Camp bookings can be cancelled 14+ days prior to the associated camp start date to receive a full refund (minus processing fee automatically taken by our website engine). Any camp cancellations within less than 14 days from the associated camp start date are eligible to receive a refund less 50% for late cancellation. Please keep in mind that we are unable to give refunds for camps that have already begun, so all cancellation requests need to be communicated by 8:59 AM on the first day of camp LATEST to qualify for a 50% refund (minus processing fee); You can also request that the credit be transferred to a sibling, relative or friend. No make ups or refunds for missed days of camp. Any and all offers made by Flips & Friends Staff are at their discretion and always made as a courtesy. FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND PRIVATE EVENTS: Birthday parties include a $150 non-refundable deposit required to reserve the party date and time, and is part of your final invoice. Your deposit may be paid through the invoice link. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance in order to reschedule and not forfeit the non-refundable deposit. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you pay for the full balance of the party in advance and due to unplanned circumstances, you need to cancel your reservation you will receive a refund less the $150 non-refundable deposit required at the time of your reservation if you notify us within 72 hours of the party.
