Once a membership, package, or First Time Drop In expires or renews, we do not offer any sort of compensation. All Monthly memberships auto renew every month until cancellation. The price listed for 6 - Month memberships auto renews every month, for a duration of 6 months. Yearly membership is a one time payment and does not auto renew after the year. All class cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 1 hour notice, or a $15 fee will incur if client wants the credit reinstated. All class cancellations or rescheduling with less than 1 hour notice must be made over the phone. In the case that a refund is granted, we will process a full refund minus processing fee, which is automatically charged by Wix, our website engine. In the case that an extension is granted, it is a one time event, and will not be granted again. Gymnastics requires discipline; therefore, students are expected to be on their best behavior (age appropriate). This is critical to the learning process. If a student becomes disruptive to the class, they will be asked to sit and observe the class for the remainder of that time. If the behavior continues, the student may be asked to leave to allow other students to have the ability to learn and receive proper attention from the instructors in a positive environment, free of disruption. Please know the time your child's class ends and try to be at the studio ready for pick up at that time. We have a 10 minute grace period from each class end time. For example, if your child's class ends at 2:50, you have until 3:00 to pick them up. After the grace period, each minute late will equate to $1 charged. Total amount for late fee will be invoiced and payment expected prior to the child attending any other classes. This policy applies for all classes, including CGES After School Program.
