Cancellation Policy

Children without a signed WAIVER OF LIABILITY may not participate in the class or party/event until we receive signed form. FOR PRIVATE CLASSES: private classes include a 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve the private date and time, and is part of your final invoice. Your deposit may be paid through the invoice link, and the remaining balance is due upon our coach's arrival at location for the session. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance in order to reschedule and not forfeit the non-refundable deposit. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you pay for the full balance of the private class in advance and due to unplanned circumstances, you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund less the 50% non-refundable deposit required at the time of your reservation if you notify us within 72 hours of the party. All packages for private classes clearly state duration prior to booking, in the "One-On-One Private Tumbling" tab. Members receive notifications upon purchasing a package, as well as close to expiration date. Once a package expires, we do not offer any sort of compensation.
