Coconut Grove Elementary School: 
After School Program 2025-26

We’re thrilled to kick off our third year offering the CGES After School Program—designed exclusively for Coconut Grove Elementary School families. This special program includes weekly gymnastics and tumbling classes at a significantly lower rate than our regular studio programming, while still delivering the same high-quality instruction and fun!
 

Spots are limited, and each child may enroll in up to 2 classes per week. Be sure to register early for the first term to secure your spot!

Does not include school pick up.

*We do not prorate. If you purchase the CGES Term Fee after the term has already started, price remains the same.

There's a 10 minute grace period for pick up. Please know the time your child's class ends and plan accordingly, taking traffic into consideration to be there at dismissal. After 10 minute grace period, every minute late is $1 to be invoiced before the child can attend their next class. 

Classes

Enrollment Instructions:
 

  1. Purchase the $80 registration fee and complete the CGES Registration Form, selecting 1 or 2 days of enrollment based on your child’s grade.

  2. Complete the $550 term 2 payment for January through June, 2026.

  3. Once the payments and form are submitted, your child will be automatically enrolled in their weekly class(es).
     

Reminders:
 

  • There are no after-school classes on MDCPS non-school days.

  • If your child will miss a session, please cancel the class via your member profile under Bookings, or notify us in the CGES Parent WhatsApp chat.

  • For any questions or help, feel free to contact us directly.

  • Children should wear CGES uniform t-shirt and shorts/leggings. No jeans. No skirts. No head bows or jewelry. Long hair must be tied up.
