Welcome to our flagship gymnastics and tumbling studio in the heart of Coconut Grove, located right on Main Highway. We offer high-quality recreational classes and private sessions for children ages 2–12, tailored to all experience levels.
Our signature semi-private format keeps class sizes small so every child gets the attention they need to thrive. With individualized coaching in a supportive, fun environment, our students build skills, confidence, and a love of movement.
Here, kids learn core gymnastics skills like tumbling, trampoline, bars, and floor work—our program introduces kids to the fundamentals while keeping them engaged and active.

Welcome to our gymnastics and tumbling studio on Key Biscayne, where we offer progressive, skill-based classes for children ages 2–15. Our experienced coaches prioritize proper technique, strength, and safe development at every level—whether your child is just starting out or building on existing skills.
Classes focus on core disciplines like tumbling, floor skills, bars, and beam, all taught in a structured yet supportive environment. We emphasize strong foundations, helping each gymnast build the coordination, flexibility, and confidence needed to grow.
At our Key Biscayne studio, students are encouraged to challenge themselves, celebrate their progress, and discover the joy of movement through thoughtful, goal-driven instruction.

We have come to absolutely love Flips N' Friends. My 6 year old daughter has been going for camps for a little over a year, and she always looks forward to those days. We LOVE Flips and Friends. We started a year ago for day camps on teacher work day. Then last year my 2 daughters (5 and 7) did 1 day a week classes. Now we have signed up for unlimited membership and they go twice a week. They have advanced so well. And they LOVE it.

This is a great little tumbling studio in coconut grove. It’s convenient and the owner Dani is very skilled and passionate about her craft. My daughter has really improved her skills coming here a couple times a week!
