DAY CAMP!
AGES 4+
We offer day camps on most holidays and teacher planning days, following the Miami-Dade County Public School calendar. Families can choose between 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 9:00 AM–3:00 PM camp hours.
All camp dates are tentative until the minimum number of 5 campers is met. Spots are limited.
To help us plan ahead, please take a moment to fill out our interest form and select the dates that work for you.
All campers must be at least 4 years old and fully potty trained by their first day of camp. To keep everyone healthy, children showing signs of illness will be sent home.

Our camps allow children to fall in love with the sport of gymnastics through activities such as drills, obstacle courses, stations, games, and more!
Our coaches will safely train the children on gymnastics equipment such as Balance Beam, Bars, Trampoline, and Vault, as well as instruct them through various skills on floor and tumble trak. Children aged 4-12 of any skill level can join, and our more advanced participants will have the chance to explore more intricate skills such as backbends, walkovers, and even aerials.
Children should wear leotards or tight t-shirt and shorts/ leggings. No jeans. No skirts. No head bows or jewelry. Long hair must be tied up. No sneakers - please send your child with easy slip-on shoes or crocs. Please pack an extra change of clothes. No Cell phones, electronics, or toys allowed.
Campers must bring a snack, and a lunch. (We are a "nut-free" facility) Please pack your child their water bottle and an extra change of clothes.
Camp bookings can be cancelled 14+ days prior to the associated camp start date to receive a full refund (minus processing fee automatically taken by our website engine). Any camp cancellations within less than 14 days from the associated camp start date are eligible to receive a refund less 50% for late cancellation. Please keep in mind that we are unable to give refunds for camps that have already begun, so all cancellation requests need to be communicated by 8:59 AM on the first day of camp LATEST to qualify for a 50% refund (minus processing fee); You can also request that the credit be transferred to a sibling, relative or friend. No make ups or refunds for missed days of camp.
While Flips & Friends makes every effort to make reasonable accommodations to the needs of everyone, parents should know that we do not offer specialized programs or staff for children with special needs at this time.
Please know the time your child's camp ends and try to be at the studio ready for pick up at that time. We have a 10 minute grace period from camp end time. Camp ends at 2 pm, and you have until 2:10 to pick them up. After the grace period, each minute late will equate to $1 charged. Total amount for late fee will be charged upon arrival.
If your child is sick, please refrain from bringing them to camp if they are experiencing excessive coughing, runny nose, or feeling unwell. No camp credits or refunds can be issued at this time.
