Daniela Vidal, head coach and owner, fell in love with gymnastics at a young age. As a national USAG competitive gymnast for 5 years, she earned numerous awards across the country.

 

With over a decade of experience coaching acrobatics, gymnastics, and tumbling, Daniela is known for her patient approach, teaching her students body awareness rather than just focusing on technique.

Alejandra Mendez, our director of operations, began her rhythmic gymnastics journey in Spain at a young age before relocating to Miami in 2013.

 

Starting as an acrobatics student under Daniela Vidal, she soon became Daniela's mentee and assistant. With 6 years of experience in communications and management, along with 7 years as Daniela’s right hand, Alejandra now manages both studio locations.

Andrea Elias, a Miami native with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, brings 8 years of coaching experience in acrobatics and 3 years of gymnastics coaching experience to the Coconut Grove studio. Don't miss her at the front too!

Known for her kind and patient approach, she has a true passion for teaching children, particularly tots, and nurturing their love for movement.

Hailey Campbell, originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, was a competitive cheerleader for 10 years, achieving a national championship at UCA. A year ago, she joined Flips & Friends as a gymnastics coach, reconnecting with her love for the sport.

 

Specializing in form and tumbling, Coach Hailey is passionate about helping her gymnasts grow in confidence and excel in their skills.

Valeria Soler brings 5 years of coaching experience in gymnastics, acrobatics, and contortion to the Coconut Grove studio. With a background in both recreational and competitive gymnastics, she has also competed for 5 years, winning two state championships.

 

Valeria’s expertise and passion for the sport make her a valuable coach for gymnasts at all levels.

Ciara Astudillo discovered her love for gymnastics at a young age and has been in the sport ever since. She began her coaching journey in 2022. In 2023, she earned 2nd Place All Around at the Laurie Hernandez Champions Challenge in the Xcel Silver division.
 

Coach Ciara is dedicated to providing her gymnasts with a safe, fun environment where they can express themselves and thrive.
