Flips & Friends makes your Birthday a bold and exciting one with our hour-and-a-half of skill building, competitions, obstacle courses and routines. Bring the fun of gymnastics life to your child's birthday party so they can celebrate like an olympian, and maybe fall in love with the sport for the first time or all over again. Call us today to make this birthday party one that will always be remembered. 1/4: We work on warming up movements around the cones (place the children in spaces for future routine) and we learn the beginning of the routine. 2/4: Obstacle course made up of different gymnastics skills, to start practicing right away and see what our gymnasts' are made of! 3/4: Place children in routine spots, and stretch out. STRETCH IS IMPORTANT. We work on flexibility, partner activities, and group lifts, where we lift our friends over our heads into the sky as a team! 4/4: Stations, where we separate into small groups to work on skills independently and end with our group routine to show our parents. The birthday child will receive a birthday medal as well as a Flips & Friends Shirt. OUTDOOR PARTY: We work for an hour and a half with 15 children. Every child after 15 is an extra $10, as well as an extra $55 for every extra half hour, and tips for our coaches are absolutely encouraged. INDOOR PARTY: We work for an hour and a half for up to 10 - 15 children depending on age. Then the extra $55 for every additional 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

Children without a signed WAIVER OF LIABILITY may not participate in the class or party/event until we receive signed form. FOR PRIVATE CLASSES: private classes include a 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve the private date and time, and is part of your final invoice. Your deposit may be paid through the invoice link, and the remaining balance is due upon our coach's arrival at location for the session. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance in order to reschedule and not forfeit the non-refundable deposit. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you pay for the full balance of the private class in advance and due to unplanned circumstances, you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund less the 50% non-refundable deposit required at the time of your reservation if you notify us within 72 hours of the party. All packages for private classes clearly state duration prior to booking, in the "One-On-One Private Tumbling" tab. Members receive notifications upon purchasing a package, as well as close to expiration date. Once a package expires, we do not offer any sort of compensation.
