Join us for an action-packed closing week of our 8-week summer camp program at Flips & Friends. Our gymnastics summer camp is perfect for kids ages 4 and up who are ready for a week of fun, games, and gymnastics. Let your little ones make the most of their summer break with our exciting and educational program!

Cancellation Policy

Camp bookings can be cancelled 14+ days prior to the associated camp start date to receive a full refund (minus processing fee automatically taken by our website engine). Any camp cancellations within less than 14 days from the associated camp start date are eligible to receive a refund less 50% for late cancellation. Please keep in mind that we are unable to give refunds for camps that have already begun, so all cancellation requests need to be communicated by 8:59 AM on the first day of camp LATEST to qualify for a 50% refund (minus processing fee); You can also request that the credit be transferred to a sibling, relative or friend. No make ups or refunds for missed days of camp. While Flips & Friends makes every effort to make reasonable accommodations to the needs of everyone, parents should know that we do not offer specialized programs or staff for children with special needs at this time. Please know the time your child's camp ends and try to be at the studio ready for pick up at that time. We have a 10 minute grace period from camp end time. Camp ends at 1 pm, you have until 1:10 to pick them up. After the grace period, each minute late will equate to $1 charged. Same process applies for children staying in aftercare. Total amount for late fee will be charged upon arrival. If your child is sick, please refrain from bringing them to camp if they are experiencing excessive coughing, runny nose, or feeling unwell. No camp credits or refunds can be issued at this time.
